This policy explains how RandoRoleplay collects, uses, and protects personal data.

1. DATA COLLECTION The data we collect includes:

  • Year of birth (for age verification)
  • Email address

2. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES The application uses the following third-party services:

  • Google Play Services
  • AdMob
  • Google Analytics for Firebase
  • Firebase Crashlytics
  • Meta Developers

These services have their own privacy policies. Please review those as well.

3. COOKIES

  • Third-party services used by the application may use cookies
  • These cookies are used for data collection and service improvement
  • You may accept or reject these cookies

4. LOG DATA In case of an error, the application collects log data, including:

  • IP address
  • Device name
  • Operating system version
  • Application configuration
  • Timestamps of service usage
  • Other statistics

5. CHAT PRIVACY

  • Messages are temporary and automatically deleted
  • Chat metadata (time, participants) is recorded for moderation and legal compliance purposes
  • Reported messages are retained for 30 days for investigation
  • Under normal circumstances, we do NOT read or store message content

6. DATA SECURITY

  • We apply reasonable security measures to protect your data
  • Your data is stored securely in Firebase
  • However, transmission over the internet or electronic storage is not 100% secure
  • Absolute security cannot be guaranteed

7. DATA ACCESS AND DELETION

  • Users can access their personal data
  • Users can delete their account and data in the app settings
  • After account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed
  • Reported content may be retained until the investigation is complete

8. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

  • Users under the age of 18 are NOT eligible to use the service
  • The application does not knowingly collect data from persons under 18
  • If we become aware that we have collected data from a person under 18, we will delete it immediately

9. CHANGES

  • This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time
  • We will notify you of changes by publishing the new Privacy Policy
  • We recommend reviewing this page regularly
  • Changes take effect on the date they are published
