Child Protection Policy (CSPC)

RandoRoleplay is committed to child safety. This policy outlines the application’s child protection measures.

1. OUR COMMITMENT TO CHILD SAFETY

  • Zero tolerance for any form of child exploitation
  • Active cooperation with law enforcement authorities
  • Continuous moderation and content filtering
  • Educational resources for users

2. AGE VERIFICATION

  • All users must be 18 years of age or older
  • Date of birth (year) is required during registration
  • We reserve the right to perform additional verifications
  • Suspicious accounts are immediately suspended
  • Accounts of users under 18 are immediately deleted

3. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES (ZERO TOLERANCE) The following activities are STRICTLY PROHIBITED:

a) Child grooming:

  • Any attempt to contact a minor for sexual purposes
  • Building trust for manipulative purposes
  • Initiating inappropriate relationships

b) Sexual exploitation:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Content depicting minors in sexual or suggestive contexts
  • Child pornography in any form

c) Sextortion:

  • Blackmailing minors for sexual content or acts
  • Threats to share intimate material

d) Child trafficking:

  • Any content related to the sexual trafficking of minors
  • Facilitating or advertising human trafficking

4. CONTENT MODERATION

  • AI-based automatic content filtering
  • Human moderators review reports
  • Proactive monitoring of suspicious activity
  • Automatic bans for serious violations
  • 24-48 hour response time for reports

5. REPORTING PROTOCOL If you notice a child safety issue:

a) Immediate steps:

  1. Click the red flag icon in the chat header
  2. Select the appropriate category (CSAM, grooming, etc.)
  3. Provide details and attach evidence if possible
  4. The report is immediately sent to moderators

  2. Temporary suspension of the suspicious account
  3. Preservation of evidence
  4. Reporting to authorities in serious cases
  5. Permanent ban if violation is confirmed

6. COOPERATION WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT

  • Full cooperation with all official investigations
  • Preservation of evidence for legal proceedings
  • Reporting to NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) and other relevant organizations
  • Compliance with local reporting obligations
  • Sharing user data upon court order

7. USER EDUCATION

  • Clear and visible child protection guidelines
  • Regular reminders on safe usage
  • Resources for recognizing suspicious behavior
  • Guides on how to report

8. TECHNICAL MEASURES

  • Automatic image recognition for detecting suspicious content
  • Keyword-based filtering
  • Behavioral pattern analysis
  • Tracking of IP addresses and devices
  • Maintenance of ban lists

9. TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Regular reports on moderation activities
  • Transparent reporting process
  • Consideration of user feedback
  • Ongoing policy updates
